No, we adjust the pressure to each material: paving takes more, wooden decking is washed in gentle mode (≤150 bar), and limestone never gets acids. That is why the calculator asks for the type of surface.
Is the calculator price final?
It is a guide price: product included and travel included up to 20 km from Porto (then €1/km). The final price is agreed with you before we start, after we go over all the details.
How do I pay?
No prepayment: you pay everything at the end of the job, by MB WAY or cash. Always an invoice, available on your booking page. For businesses/condominiums: an invoice with your tax number (NIF), bank transfer possible.
How long does it take?
The calculator shows the duration together with the price. As a reference: a 60 m² patio with medium dirt takes about 2-2.5 hours.
What do I need to have ready on the day?
Access to the area and, if possible, a tap. No tap? We bring a water tank; the cost is proportional to the area (≈€0.30/m²) and already shows in the calculator. Electricity is not needed: the equipment is self-contained.
What if it rains?
Light rain does not stop outdoor washing. In seriously bad weather, we reschedule at no cost.
Do you issue an invoice?
Always: issued after payment and available on your booking page. For businesses/condominiums: an invoice with your tax number (NIF).
Do you work with condominiums and businesses?
Yes: garages, common areas and bins, with regular plans and a formal quote for building managers. Talk to us on the site chat.
Which chemicals do you use?
Anti-moss/algicide for facades and roofs, neutral-pH detergent for stone (never acids), professional degreaser for garages, remover gel for graffiti. We favour biodegradable solutions that are safe for plants and pets.
Do you work at height?
With a telescopic lance we reach ~9-10 m from the ground (1-2 storey houses). Above that, honestly: you need an aerial work platform, and we do not pretend otherwise.
