When you make a booking: name, mobile number, email, service address (and, if you mark it on the map, approximate coordinates), preferred date and the job details (type of surface, area, level of dirt, access to water). Photos you send us for a quote. Before/after photos of the service, taken by the team.
When you browse the site: technical and usage data (pages viewed, interactions, approximate device type) through the measurement tools listed below. Cookies and identifiers are only used with your consent.
We use Google consent mode: the Google tag (Analytics and Google Ads) loads on every visit, but until you accept in the cookie banner it works without cookies and without identifiers and sends only anonymous, aggregated signals (for example, that a page was viewed). Measurement and advertising cookies are used only after you accept. Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel load only after you accept. Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage, key imp_consent) and can be changed at any time by clearing the site data. We use:

On the booking page we show a map to confirm the service address. The map and the conversion of coordinates into an address are provided by the OpenStreetMap Foundation (map) and the Nominatim service. When you use the map, your IP address and the chosen coordinates are sent to that provider, only to display the map and suggest the address, not for advertising. This feature serves a step you request when making the booking.
The site support chat may use an artificial intelligence provider (Anthropic) to generate replies. Messages are processed only to answer you; please do not enter sensitive or unnecessary data in the chat.
We only share data with providers that help us operate, under contract and limited to the purpose: site hosting, email service, payment processor (ifthenpay, when active), the support chat AI provider, map/geocoding (OpenStreetMap/Nominatim), the partner technician who carries out interior services at your home (only name, contact, address and booking date) and the measurement tools above (only with consent). We meet our legal invoicing obligations towards the Portuguese Tax Authority. We do not sell or pass on data to third parties for marketing.
Some of the tools above (Google, Microsoft, Meta, Anthropic) may process data outside the European Economic Area, namely in the United States. In such cases, the transfer relies on appropriate safeguards under the GDPR: as a rule, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and/or participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Booking and invoicing data: for the applicable legal tax periods (as a rule, up to 10 years for tax documents). Service photos: while your booking page is active, unless you ask for them to be deleted. Measurement data: for the retention periods configured in the respective tools.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to bookings restricted by link/credentials, and access limited to the staff who need it. No system is 100% infallible, but we work to minimise risks.
The service is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if this happens by mistake, contact us and we will delete it.
You can access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object and withdraw consent: just write to us through the site chat or by email at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).
