1 · Price in 60 seconds

Answer 4 questions in the calculator and see the GUIDE price. Photos are optional (they fine-tune the figure). No phone calls, no quote visits for standard jobs.

2 · We confirm with you

No prepayment. We call or send a WhatsApp message to agree the day and time. Your booking page shows the status in real time.

3 · We arrive on time

A 1-hour arrival window (not "sometime during the day"). On arrival: a quick check + a "before" photo. If anything does not match the details, we talk BEFORE starting, in writing.

4 · A documented result

An "after" photo, a walk-through with you, payment at the end (MB WAY or cash), and the invoice sent automatically. Everything stays on your booking page.

Our honesty rules

A guide price before the job. Adjusted only if the details do not match reality, confirmed in writing before starting.
Shared time risk: if the job runs well over the estimate (with correct details), each extra 30 min costs only 50% of the rate.
Bad weather: light rain does not stop us; in a storm we reschedule at no cost, with no charge at all.
Cancellation: with no prepayment, you can cancel freely at any time, at no cost. We only ask you to let us know as soon as you can, so we can free up the slot. Force majeure: no problem at all.
The right products: neutral pH and pressure tuned to each surface; we clean deeply without harming the stone (never acids on Portuguese pavement).
Always an invoice, issued after payment and available on your booking page.

Your booking page

Every booking has a personal page (link sent by email): job status, before/after photos uploaded by the team, the invoice to download, and rebooking in one click. No apps to install, and a password is optional (only if you want to sign in from another device).
