Terrace tiles and stoneware build up green film and that black in the joints, ugly and slippery. We clean the surface and the joints with a rotary cleaner, bringing back the colour evenly.
Why it is not worth putting off
Green film darkens and makes it slippery; moisture seeps in and, in winter, frost can open the joints and loosen pieces.
