Why we exist

Before starting, we studied the real complaints about this trade in Greater Porto: quotes that take days, prices that change at the end, half-done work, nobody issuing an invoice. We built the business the exact opposite way:

• A published, guide price: the full price list is on the site. The calculator gives you the figure in 60 seconds.
• Documented work: before/after photos on every job, and a walk-through with you at the end.
• Always an invoice: automatic, without having to ask.
• Honest about our limits: we cannot reach a 5th floor from the ground, and we tell you so straight away instead of pretending.

Serious equipment

We work with professional cold-water machines (up to 250 bar / 900 l/h, self-contained) and industrial hot water (up to 98°C) for grease, graffiti and disinfection, plus a rotary surface cleaner for large areas and a telescopic lance for facades. The right product for each material: neutral pH on stone, anti-moss on roofs, degreaser in garages.

Where we work

Greater Porto: 26 areas within 30 km (Porto, Gaia, Matosinhos, Maia, Póvoa, Feira and more). Travel included up to 20 km; beyond that, €1/km.
