Real case: oil spilled in a garage space
A parking space in an underground garage in Porto, with oil spilled on the floor and covered with powder so it would not spread. The client wanted the space clean and the stain under control.
What we said before starting
Oil soaks into concrete. So we warned from the start: removing the stain 100% is not possible, marks stay visible up close. What we promised was to remove the oil and the powder, stop the stain from spreading and leave the space washed.
How we did it
- We removed the oil and powder lying on top
- We contained the stain so it would not spread to the rest of the garage
- We washed the whole space; we brought our own water, because there was none there
