Bins in a condominium: washing and disinfection
In a building, the rubbish bins fill up every day and sit in a closed room or garage. Without regular washing, the smell reaches the entrance, flies arrive in summer and complaints reach the owners' meeting.
How often to wash
- In summer: every 15 days in buildings with many residents
- The rest of the year: once a month is usually enough
- Whenever there are spills or larvae
What washing and disinfection include
- Inside and outside washing of each bin with hot water under pressure
- Disinfection with a suitable product that kills bacteria and the smell
- Dirty water sent to the sewer, not to the street
What if the bins are not empty?
It is best to book right after the rubbish collection. If there is still rubbish on the day, we take it out before washing, so there is no need to postpone.

How much it costs
Bin washing costs €15 per bin, with an €89 minimum per visit, and condominium garage washing from €1.8/m². With a monthly or fortnightly plan, the condominium knows the fixed cost of each visit.
