How much does land clearing cost in Porto? Price per m²
Clearing a plot of land in Greater Porto costs from €1 per square metre, with a €60 minimum per job. It is a guide price: we agree the final amount with you after seeing photos, the location and the area.
What we do on a plot
- Cutting of scrub, brambles and tall grass
- Green waste removal
- Tree felling and cutting, also at height
- Plots, yards and lots next to houses
Examples
- A 40 m² yard with tall grass: stays at the €60 minimum
- A 100 m² plot: from €100
- A 300 m² plot: from €300
What changes the price
- How tall and dense the scrub is: thick brambles take more work than grass
- Access to the plot and the slope
- Whether the green waste has to be taken away and whether there are trees to cut
- The distance: travel included up to 20 km from Porto
Am I required to clear it?
In many areas the law requires owners to keep a strip of land around houses clear, to prevent fires. If you received a notice from the council or the parish, send us photos of the plot and we give you the price the same day.
