How Much Does It Cost to Clean a Sofa in Porto? 2026 Prices

Cleaning a 2-seat sofa costs €40, a 3-seat sofa €55, a corner sofa or chaise longue €75, and each separate chair or armchair €20. These are guide prices, VAT-exempt, with nothing extra added on the day.

How much each type of sofa costs

Prices for sofa cleaning mainly depend on size and shape:

Leather sofas are not part of this table: since every leather reacts differently to products, the quote is always given from photos before booking anything.

What is included in the price

The price covers cleaning with professional injection-extraction equipment, which removes dirt and residue from the deeper layers of the fabric, not just the surface. We use ecological, hypoallergenic products, safe for children and pets, and anti-mite treatment is already included on every sofa and mattress. For specific stains, such as wine, coffee, grease or urine, we use products suited to each stain type. On delicate fabrics, we always test a hidden spot before treating the visible stain. Drying takes between 2 and 6 hours, depending on the fabric and the humidity on the day.

Mattresses, chairs and rugs: separate prices

Besides sofas, we also clean mattresses for €30 each, rugs and carpets from €10 per square metre, and offer fabric protection quoted from photos. If you have several pieces to clean in the same visit, for example a 3-seat sofa and a double mattress, the guide price simply adds up: €55 plus €30, no surprises.

How booking and payment work

The full price is set before you book, through the calculator on the site: choose the pieces, see the final value, and only then book the visit. We do not ask for any prepayment, payment is made at the end, once you have seen the result. Interior cleaning is done in Porto, Vila Nova de Gaia, Matosinhos, Maia and Gondomar.

When it is worth calling a professional

A fresh wine or coffee stain can still be treated at home in the first few minutes, as explained in how to remove stains from a sofa. Dust mites built up over months, as described in dust mites in the mattress, only come out with injection-extraction equipment, which a regular home vacuum does not have. In these cases, professional cleaning usually works out cheaper than replacing a sofa or mattress earlier than needed.

How long cleaning and drying take

For a 2 or 3 seat sofa, the cleaning itself usually takes between 30 and 60 minutes, a bit longer for corner sofas or when more than one piece is cleaned in the same visit. After cleaning, the fabric needs to dry before it is comfortable to use again: between 2 and 6 hours, depending on the fabric type and the humidity in the room that day. On more humid days, or with the sofa in a poorly ventilated room, drying tends towards the longer end of that range.

Frequently asked questions about the price

Does the price change if the sofa is very dirty? No, the price is fixed by sofa type and size, calculated before you book. Leather sofas are the exception, since the quote always depends on photos.

Is there an extra charge for travel? No. In the areas where we do interior cleaning (Porto, Vila Nova de Gaia, Matosinhos, Maia and Gondomar) the final value shown on the calculator is the value you pay, with no hidden fees.

Can I get a quote before booking? Yes, the calculator on the site gives the guide price before any commitment, and payment only happens at the end of the service.
